I used to really enjoy dining at this restaurant, but after my last visit on November 7, 2023, I don't think I'll be returning. The service from my server was subpar, which I could overlook since we all have off days. However, when my food arrived, I was disappointed—my favorite dish, the potato salad, was not good at all. The potatoes were undercooked and tasted almost raw. To make matters worse, the meat I ordered was old and dry. I'm hoping this was just an isolated incident and not a sign of a decline, as Mark’s used to be a local favorite. Overall, I’d rate the food a 2, service a 2, and atmosphere a 4.

The food was incredible, and the customer service was excellent. They welcomed us with a smile and wished us a great day as we left. We ordered online and picked up our food at the bar, which was quick and convenient. We’ll definitely be back—my daughter absolutely loves the chicken tenders and fries. Just a heads up, the kids' meal has different chicken tenders, so be careful not to make the same mistake I did by ordering that. You might end up having to go back for the regular meal. Fortunately, she had leftovers, so it worked out in the end!

Marks is definitely our favorite place to visit whenever we're in Louisville. From the sweet tea to the wings, the mac and cheese, the potato salad, and the Oreo banana pudding, everything is amazing. I can't praise this place enough. This is the second location we've been to, and the quality of the food was just as outstanding as the first one. It's truly delicious. The restaurant was clean, and the service was exceptional. Tony was fantastic! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a great meal. You won't regret it!

Wow! The birds in a nest basket was absolutely delicious!!! The ribs were fantastic, and the corn was great too. The staff was very friendly. I was really looking forward to the buttermilk pie, thinking it would be similar to my sugar pie, but it turned out to be a bit too sweet for my taste. Still, it was good! Had to have some Louisville BBQ. Had the ribs, brisket, pork chicken wings. The best was the wings, crispy and great sauce. The ribs were glazed perfectly, but the first one was a bit dry. Onion strings were great. Pork and brisket were good but notmemorable.

The best ribs in town! I dined in for dinner, and everything was excellent. The food, service, and atmosphere all earned a perfect rating of 5 out of 5. Highly recommend!
