Marmaris Grill Pizza

INCOMPETENT RUDE! Disgusting customer service, we were given the wrong order when I called to tell them the staff were extremely rude and obnoxious, refused to correct or acknowledge THEIR mistake and we were charged £28 for two 10 inch pizza and calzone which was not what we ordered! We were told if want different pizza (that we ordered in the first place) that we would have to pay again for it and pay second delivery charge! The incorrect order that was delivered was COLD anyway and the wrong sized 'meat feast ' (LOL) had virtually NO meat at all! ONLY PUTTING ONE STAR BECAUSE ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO LEAVE ZERO! WILL NEVER USE AGAIN!

My order arrived lukewarm (and I'm trying to be generous here), with hardly any salad on my kebab and none of the green chilies I specifically requested! I also ordered garlic mushrooms, but they were so overcooked that I couldn't eat them. I called to discuss my issues, but the staff basically laughed me off. I've been a regular customer, but I will never return or recommend this place to anyone! Service: Takeout.

I had a takeout meal and overall, it was a great experience. The food was exceptional, especially the doner kebab, which I highly recommend. It was flavorful and satisfying. The service was decent, though there’s room for improvement. As for the atmosphere, even though I took my meal to go, the vibe of the place was inviting and well-decorated. Overall, I’d definitely return for more!

Ordered food after dialling 44 times as they were so busy. 40 minutes for delivery. Food was outstanding. Piping hot and cooked beautifully. Very tasty and will 100% be our new choice of takeaway.
