So happy that I got to try Marufuku Ramen. They provide the authentic Hakata style Tonkotsu ramen. The best thing about their ramen is the flavorful broth that it comes with and the fresh noodles they use. What we tried here Chicken Paitan DX this came with a sizzler chicken leg Vegetable Ramen Chicken Karaage Chicken Paitan DX (the delux version) comes with a chicken leg on a sizzling plate. This dish is so special that it is LIMITED TO only 15 servings per day. Theirservice is outstanding too. If you haven't already, it's time to try Marufuku Ramen's amazingly delicious Tonkotsu ramen bowls.
Great atmosphere and decor, which is the most attractive point here. Tonkotsu noodles is the best they offer. The broth is creamy, flavorful, and a hint of sweet after taste. Strongly recommend. Spicy tan tan noodles is a bit salty for me. The noodles is hard, and not as good as tonkotsu noodles. Gyoza, juicy and tasty, amazing. Karaage, crispy outside and juicy inside, seasoning is fine. Signature chicken paitai is kinda normal for this price. Kinda plain. In short agreat place for grabbing a quick meal.
I had spicy Hakata Tonkatsu DX and I may have found new favorite ramen restaurant in San Diego. It?s broth was smooth, creamy but spiciness wasn?t enough for my palate. BTW you can select the spiciness. Chicken kararagge came out after I finished the ramen (not good). It was good but I?m probably skip next time. I had to drive around for a while for a parking spot around 6pm. The mall appears to be popular.
My favorite Ramen in this area!! The noodles are great and I feel like most ramen people have chewy noodles but these are the perfect constituency and texture. The broth in the Chicken Paitan is my favoriteee and I love the spice powder they use. The only think I would mention thats not my favorite is the ramen egg isnt super marinated like other ramens but the flavor in the broth makes up for it! Réservez une table maintenant
We love the ramen, and this place offer one of the best ramen we try in San Diego. The staff were very friendly and always checking on us. One of the features we love from a good ramen place is the offer of Kae Dama! And guest what? This place offer Kae Dama, this not otter tha a second portion of pasta ramen for your remaining broth for a small price!! We surely be back soon!
The Spicy TanTan Men arrived perfectly PIPING HOT, with all of the components neatly separated. The noodles did NOT stick into an unappetizing clump, but instead separated nicely when I added the broth. Most impressive the soft boiled egg was perfectly soft boiled when I cut it open and the veggies were crisp fresh. BEST ramen delivery I apos;ve had. Well done!!
Great option for ramen in Del Mar located towards the back of the SkyDeck. It?s definitely worth getting there early for the chicken paitan dx. The smell alone is intoxicating. The veg ramen is hearty and not an afterthought, great flavors. The chasu bowl was my favorite of the bowls. The takoyaki was also perfectly cooked and fresh.
