Mary Lous Grill - Réservation de table

While it may not be entirely just, my experience at Mary Lou's from 1974 to 1977 holds a special place in my heart. Friends were attending school nearby, and I had the pleasure of enjoying the amazing biscuits and gravy as well as the delicious pie. Mary Lou even taught me how to make her famous sausage gravy, a dish I still prepare for my family today. Wherever you are, Mary Lou, I often think of you over the years. You had such a caring spirit and never wanted to see a college student go hungry. You truly were one in a million. Much love, Josie DeRiggi. I'm so grateful our paths crossed.

Great spot. Biscuits and sausage gravy appetizer included in breakfast! Man on the grill knows how to cook a steak! Steak and eggs were superb and home fries were tasty. Only downside is, the meal was so good I didn't have room for blackberry cobbler! The man beside me had a gigantic slice of coconut pie that looked delicious as well. Next time in Carbondale I'll start withdessert and see where that leads. Great service!

The food was absolutely amazing! Their biscuits and gravy are among the best I’ve had in years. I ordered an omelet with bacon, which came with biscuits and gravy, hash browns, and toast. Everything was top-notch, but the biscuits and gravy really stood out for me. The staff were incredibly friendly, just as many other reviews have mentioned! I can’t wait to be in the area again so I can sample more items from the menu.

Do not order fish. I never do bad reviews but this was the worst restaurant experience I?ve ever had. Apparently it was a very very old frozen filet with no fish taste. It was raw inside and the breading was awful with an old bad taste. Could not eat it.The fish was watery and didn?t taste like fish. It came with no sides. Quite expensive for what you get. Had to order fries andpay extra. I?ll never go back. Réservez une table maintenant

Excellent food and service! I visited for the first time this weekend and had a short wait for a table, but it passed quickly. The biscuits and gravy were the best I've ever had! It's such a charming, family-run place. We will definitely be returning!

The food isn't exceptional, but it's still very good. The service is fantastic. However, there isn't much space to enjoy a meal comfortably. I understand they've been around for a long time, and their consistency is commendable.

Old school good food. Order your favorite breakfast and get cookies and gravy for free. The last time I had eaten here was over 30 years ago... the food and the service is still the best. Go on!

I had breakfast there, and it was delicious! I enjoyed the biscuits and gravy, while my wife had eggs and a pancake. You definitely need to give this place a try!
