This restaurant impressed me from the moment I walked in the door. It’s spacious and clean, with tasteful decor. There is plenty of seating, including a long table for a larger group, and a bar height table with 5 chairs. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, even suggesting I order a combo plate to save money. I ordered a plate of chicken shawarma with rice, and a fatoush salad. I started with the fatoush. It was easily the best fatoush I’ve had in years. It was fresh, the flavours were incredible, and the presentation was excellent. The portions were extremely generous. Absolutely loved the food, it was amazing. Plus a definite 6 star on the Customer Service. Originally, there are 5 pieces in the platter, but they gave us 6. Also, my wife wanted to order the Lentil Soup later, and she actually got it for free! About the food, I highly believe that this was one of the best wraps I had in Waterloo, the bread was very fresh. The fries were awesome, crispy at the outside and moist in the inside. We got to taste 2 different kinds of Salads which was also the courtesy of great customer service. Its surely a go-again restaurant for me.
The restaurant also impresses with its high-quality silverware and heavy plates, giving it a fine-dining feel without the hefty price tag. The cleanliness and inviting aroma of the space were remarkable, as if it had just opened its doors—definitely a 10/10 experience! I highly recommend this halal meat and vegetarian salad combo to anyone in Waterloo looking to be wowed by their dining choice and to get great value for their money (both quantity and quality earn a solid 10/10). Visited this place yesterday, the food is really delicious and tasty. We ordered Arabic Style Shawarma and Chicken Tawouk both of them are pretty good and grilled properly inside out. It gives you a nice smokey taste. Tried Falafel bites, too I have not tried any good falafels then this place has. If you are a shawarma lover and would like to try out a good place; I would recommend to go and visit this restaurant. The staff was so good and humble to you. Will visit this place soon. Incredible food! I ordered once and loved it so much that I returned the next day for a dine-in experience. I will definitely be coming back. Everything about the dish, the atmosphere, and the staff is just perfect. I'm a huge fan of falafel, and this is by far the best I've ever had. The chicken is incredibly fresh and cooked to perfection. I tried the lunch special with extra falafel and chicken. I can’t wait to visit again when I'm back in Waterloo!
Bought this Chicken Wrap and expected it to be as normal as other Mediterranean food but the chicken was freshly cooked and I was not able to eat fully in one go. Price is little above average but its worth spending..! I am coming back definitely to try other platters.
