McCabe's Irish Pub & Grill

This was our second visit to your patio. Probably the last. Between the three of us (myself, my wife and daughter) we have many years of food service experience including management. In addition we spend thousands of dollars dining out annually so you should honestly pay attention to this review.Your patio atmosphere is what drew us from our first visit. It was just as nice tonight. The food was excellent. Irish party platter. Prices very fair. LOVED the $5 pints of anything including Kilkenny! Sadly your server Sienna (no name tag but so named on our receipt - tall brunette girl) succeeded in ruining our visit. Complete absence of joy and ABSOLUTE lack of pleasantness. I cannot overstate this. How she keeps her job is a surprise but maybe more astonishing is why she must want to keep it.While it could be said that your wait staff of two was equalled by the number of security staff (on a Sunday night??) was odd but there were 11 tables occupied (a couple of which not active) should not overwhelm the servers and not be the cause of such indifference.Perhaps some coaching might be needed or perhaps this person ought to be kept in the kitchen and away from the customers who seemed to so inconvenience her.

Met up with a friend for lunch, we each had the crab cake tacos and sides..... delicious! Super waitress, terrific personality and looks. Will return soon.
