I was passing through the area when I stumbled upon this hidden gem and I couldn’t be happier. The service was excellent, and the food was outstanding. Everything was fresh and bursting with flavor. The chicken was perfectly crispy. I ordered the chicken wing dinner, along with mac and cheese, green beans, yams, and black-eyed peas, and it was all delicious.
The fried chicken? Bussin'The ribs? Bussin'The Mac and cheese? BUSSIN'!The prices are a bit high with the economy in the dumps but the portions and flavor are enough to make you spend your last $20 on the rib and chicken platter alone. Just take your time and make the food last because it's so sad when it's gone.
I stopped by and ordered a four-piece meal with greens and potato salad. Everything was fantastic—cooked perfectly and served in generous portions. I would definitely return if I'm ever back in the area. The owner is a really nice guy too!
The gentleman at the counter was super nice. That's probably the best chicken and green beans I've ever had and the chicken was made fresh to order. Great place to stop for lunch. Réservez une table maintenant
I can only speak to the chicken and potato wedges: Side note to McCall’s: please keep some good ranch, hot sauce, and ketchup always. Ur chicken pple will appreciate it.
Delicious fried chicken and ribs! I’m not usually a fan of baked beans, but McCall's were surprisingly tasty. I will definitely order them again!
The smoked chicken, the yams, green beans n mac n cheese were phenomenal!!!! We will definitely go back! And will recommend to anyone.
