Who doesn't love hot McDonalds Pommes?? Lunch. Really like the crispy chicken deluxe. This restaurant was very clean. There were 2 ladies who work to place orders on the kiosk inside and order the people on the drive thru. I ordered the kiosk, but I didn't get a reception. An older couple came in and waited for order for more than 5 minutes. The ladies are so busy that everyone has to come waiting, especially those who do not understand how to use the kiosk. A solution must be found here.
Great service but recently there are burgers are mustard Take bite and you taste mustard the last time it was heavy mustard, I asked once a week for lite mustard and there was still much too much what the guys do, I asked for a drop? And the frits weren't fresh and hot they taste like reheated egg I don't like complaining, but you people will normally come back to it on your game!
Service is tremendously better now! I feel safe in saying that the better service is in regards to the new faces I see working when I go there now. Sometimes it takes time change to better a place. That's why I'm a firm believer in giving at least a second chance to restaurants. Great job improving ladies gentlemen!
Was blown away from the monopoly decorations. It was said that an employee hand made them all. Corporate should really check em out. The most beautiful decorations I've ever seen. The McDonald's in La Grange, Kentucky, is clean, welcoming, and bustling with activity. It’s similar to any other McDonald's, so if you're in the mood for fast food, this is the place to go. However, it's worth noting that while prices are rising, the quality and portion sizes seem to be diminishing.
Was pulled for 25 minutes and still waiting on our food. 2 happy meals 2 double cheese a 6 piece nugget and fries!! This is absolutely ridiculous!! The food we have gotten is now cold. Still waiting on a plain double cheese bbq sauce and sweet and sour!!!
How long does it take to make a Big Mac and fries? Waited in a reserved spot for 30 minutes while other people came and went. Lots of their employees smoking and joking outside. This is absurd.

We had a birthday party there with 22+ kids of 6 years of age and under. The crew was awesome and made sure things went smoothly. Perfect
