Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

I usually order through the app since I live just around the corner from the Pearl River franchise. A couple of nights ago, I had a free caramel frappe reward from my app. I typically spend at least $30 every time I visit. Unfortunately, we often receive cold fries, which is quite frustrating. They really need to improve the app. Additionally, my bonus points for the caramel frappe were never credited back to my account. I ordered a large drink but ended up with a small vanilla instead. They're at risk of losing a loyal customer with service like this.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever visited. I stop by for breakfast before work every day since moving to Pearl River a month ago. They've never run out of anything I've ordered, and they've always gotten my order right. Before moving here, I used to call my local McDonald's to check if they had Dr. Pepper, as they frequently ran out of it.
