The food at McDonald's was the usual standardized fare, so no surprises there. We stopped by around 10 AM for a quick late breakfast, and the restaurant was very clean with fairly friendly service. The restroom was acceptable at that time. However, when we returned today, the experience was disappointing. The soap dispenser in the men's restroom was broken, and the sink was dirty (see picture). It made me question how employees are maintaining hygiene. An employee mentioned the soap dispenser had been out of order for a while and was not very friendly. This location has a rough vibe, not due to the customers but rather the staff. They tend to close early if they're not fond of the patrons. The manager is impolite and lacks professionalism. I understand if there have been issues in the past, but racial profiling is completely unacceptable. You’d be better off going to the In-N-Out next door; their customer service is far superior. I went in with low expectations, and it didn’t turn out well.
I work for DoorDash, and every time I have an order from McDonald's, they always ask me to pull up to the second window. Then, I end up waiting for 10 minutes, even though my order was supposed to be ready earlier. It feels like they forget I'm there. Aside from that, the food is okay. The wait lines can sometimes be really long. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Rating: 4.6/10.
The line at McDonald's is incredibly slow, and the service is just as disappointing. If you accidentally order from the dine-in menu while in the drive-thru, they still require you to go inside to pick up your food instead of simply handing it over at the counter. It seems like they lack the common sense to streamline the process.
