The sign on the door says the lobby is open at 5:30 but the lobby is not open at almost 8 o?clock. Forcing everyone to go through a drive-through, and they?re not very fast at all! If they?re going to close the lobby they should put up a big sign onthe door visible from a car driving into the parking lot that says the lobby is closed. I watched at least 10 people walk up tothe lobby only to find that it was closed. Acting in this manner is extremely disrespectful to the clientele!
Employees are lazy, they are supposed to open at 5am, but they have the doors closed all morning.. When you knock on the door they look at you in your face and ignore you. Employees have a bad attitude, they take forever in the drive thru even tho thereis 1 car in front of me. They need new management.
I had a fantastic experience! I enjoyed my meal at home, and it arrived warm and delicious, just like dining in. I was also thrilled with the free gifts—two t-shirts, fries socks from the MD collection, several needles, and a bandana. Thank you, UberEats and McDonald's!
