They seemed to have been overwhelmed by the fact their cooks were moving at their own pace and were not getting orders out. No one was handling the register, they told us to use the machines to order after we waited a while. The ordering screen ended upmaking us pay at the register and other customers did too anyways so that seemed like a waste of time. Someone wasn't doinganything other than wait for individual items to come out to slowly pack them up while customers piled up on the register.Finally had a worker who came in and helped everyone through the register and was actually calling out orders instead faster.Food is still the same at least but seems like they need to get more organize...
I had a wonderful experience at this McDonald's. My 21-year-old autistic son had a meltdown after our lunch on Sunday, April 2nd, 2017, because he wanted a Hot Wheels Happy Meal toy, but they had run out. I was trying to explain the situation to him, but he wasn’t having it. An employee noticed what was happening and offered him a cookie, but that didn’t help much. Then he spotted a Barbie Happy Meal toy and decided he wanted that instead. I immediately told him I would get it for him. The employee saw his interest and went out of her way to get one for him, saying he could have it. After that, he calmed down. I was really panicked, but the staff were incredibly supportive and I am very grat...
This place was slow. They had line of cars going out to the street. Went inside and there must have been about 10 people waiting to order at the counter. Luckily, the self serve kiosk were open. They so backed up that there system could notdisplay all the orders. I heard the manager tell her staff to clear the queue before taking any new orders. I felt sorrypeople in the drive thru and in line at the counter. When I got my food, I can tell it was rushed. There was sauce all overthe place on chicken sandwich. It was also overcooked. Not burnt but very dark brown.
I was impressed by the cleanliness of the restaurant and the promptness of the staff in taking my order, which allowed me to get on my way quickly. The team was well-trained and organized, with everyone knowing their specific roles and executing them effectively. I have visited other establishments where even the management lacked professionalism and failed to hold staff accountable. I want to give a shout-out to the team for their outstanding service, and to the manager, it's clear you run this place efficiently. Well done! Réservez une table maintenant
Monday September 5 at 2:30am I went to my local McDonald's I ordered number 1 combo I got to my house finding a curly hair in my fries my wife don't have curly hair her hair is red is obvious that is a black hair, I called to the McDonald's talk to themanager telling me that's not possible trynna say that I'm lying like I don't have time to be lying at 2:00am all I need it itwas a good meal turning in to a nasty meal I hope y'all fix it or at least talk to the crew about it .....
I would often go to get a happy meal for my daughter, no problem but today I noticed my daughter not eating. She said and I quote ? it?s yucky daddy.? So I check the nuggets and they aren?t cooked fully. Also I had asked for BBQ sauce with ranch andonly got ranch. Aside from that it?s very dangerous to give customers uncooked processed food. Bad enough it?s alreadyprocessed. This won?t be the only fast food restaurant I review.
I typically don't write reviews about the staff because it's often different each time I visit, but the quality of the service has always met expectations. I've personally never had any issues at this location. A tip for anyone coming in late at night or early in the morning between 1 and 2 AM: they only accept cash during that time as their system is resetting.
McDonald 's prices increased in general but most importantly, the no longer, $1 any size drinks. The only saving grace about McDonald 's that you can get terrible food for a low price, now I have no idea why to go here. Nothing wrong with this place butit 's kinda getto but it 's fine.
