Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Due to an unforeseen injury today I went here to grab something to eat and I almost never eat here. I placed an app order (which I have done in the past with no issues) I get there and they say I 'm not at the location and I 'm sitting right there and now am supposed to go into the restaurant for help so I do that even though you know I can 't really walk and the first employee is clueless and gets the manager who tells me she can 't help me and basically oh well so I 'm like OK whatever bye!! I get out to the parking lot all of a sudden the order goes through and the manager was asking me are you on Wi-Fi I 'm like now I 'm on my phones data like I always am when I order what difference does it make An order is an order if I have the order on the app So basically she was telling me I didn 't make an order when they brought the food out to me I said it looks like I made an order right?!? Duh! so thanks for making me wait a half hour for a freaking salad that 's already pre-made! Now I know why I hate McDonald 's and specifically this location the employees are out of their way rude

tell me why I was in the track 2 for a stay (like 5 minutes,) while everyone in the track 1 had taken their orders!? all before me (lane 2) had taken their order, but when it was my turn, they said nothing! I waited and waited, but nothing! I drove an extra 10 minutes to get to this mcdonald, because I'm always here, but I was very frustrated. I was not able to go to the first track, because there were people behind me too! I worked at a McDonald’s and I always took care to welcome the customer, even though I was busy.

Very quick service and order was correct. Girl at the drive-thru was a sweetheart!
