I placed a mobile order today, Wednesday, but I decided to pick it up inside the restaurant, which is a bit unusual for me. I ordered a large French fry for just $1 and a large Hi-C beverage through the app. However, when I walked into the store, I accidentally filled my cup with Fanta orange instead of Hi-C orange. I ended up having to go back in, dump out the drink, and get the correct one, which made me laugh because it was my own mistake! Overall, it was a smooth transaction. What can I say? It's McDonald's—haven't we all had it a million times before? Hopefully not! We really need real food to thrive, not just to get by. I have no complaints about the service here; it's been consistently fast and the food has been satisfactory during my visits. However, in my experience, with any fast food restaurant, it only takes one bad visit to change your opinion!
The customer service at this restaurant is severely lacking. I attempted to modify my order, and the staff responded with frustration. When I called to speak with the manager, she seemed unfamiliar with customer service protocols and was unable to address my concerns. It’s clear they need better training.
