Wow. Worst experience at a McDonalds I think ever. Ordered curbside, waited 12 minutes before finally going inside the restaurant. Stood there at the pick up counter for another 5 minutes before a rude cashier comes up and says order at the kiosk. I’m in the pick up line. And there were two gentlemen standing patiently in line waiting to order because they were paying in cash and didn’t understand how to use the kiosk respectively. Continued to wait as another curbside order was finally given out at the front counter. Gentleman ordered a sweet tea, apparently only available in the back and the employees couldn’t even read the receipt for the drinks and so had to ask for the drink again after...
The place is full of incompetent Hispanics who literally never do their jobs right, like there is ALWAYS something, I understand how they keep there job, it's because the place is full of the same type of people, uneducated incompetent family members, never doordash or order online here you are only wasting your money as nothing will come as you ordered it, they will leave out the condiments you want, give you no utensils, if you ask for cream and sugar in your coffee don't expect any. EtcVery very sad, needs new ownership or to be shut down.
I’m not sure if it’s a language issue or something else, but they keep getting my order wrong. I ask for a Steak and Egg Bagel, but I keep receiving Bacon and Eggs instead. There’s also always a delay at the drive-thru; it seems like whoever takes the orders can’t handle payments and orders simultaneously. I tried to give them another chance, but I’ve decided to take my business elsewhere.
While many McDonald's locations still offer coffee in all sizes for 99 cents, some have raised the price of a large coffee by $1.50, which is quite disappointing. I would probably visit the Richards Blvd location more frequently, but my limited budget makes it difficult. Additionally, I'm unsure why the coffee wasn't available during my visit.

I keep going to get my frappe in the morning and I always order it with two espresso shots and no whipped cream. However, they constantly mess up my order. Either they forget to add the espresso shots or they include whipped cream. It’s frustrating!
My quarter pounders were nice and ? hot..I like buy one get another one for $1. I wish you'd include McNugget...OMG W. Sacramento restaurants are the bomb..you get fresh hot food. McDonald's and Caroline Burritos. Thank you W Sacramento.
The most expensive McDonald's in Sacramento. Mcdouble was a $1 more than every other McDonald's and they took a long time to take the order then took a long time to make the food.
