I placed a mobile order for curbside pickup. No big deal right? Except my Quarter Pounder with EXTRA onions had like 2 onions on it and it was so cold, the cheese wasn’t melted. Also ordered a SPICY chicken with EXTRA pickle. They wrapped it in a spicy chicken wrapper but didn’t put the spicy sauce on it nor did they put the extra pickles. The two large fries were perfectly fine. If any employees see this, this was at 8:45pm on January 15th 2025. Take action with your employees, please. Do better
Door says the dining room opens at 5:00 a.m. I arrived at 7:00 a.m. and the doors are locked. Knocked on the window thinking maybe they forgot to unlock the door and the woman gave me a nasty look and mouthed that they're not open. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3
There are always exceptions when service suffers, but management that says i don't care to regular customers it crosses the line. It is a shane to see this great Groen family business slip into less than mediocre performance. Sad. Service: 1
