On 11/1/2021, I am relieved that I did not finish the undercooked quarter pounder sandwich from McDonald's on South Main Street in Middletown. Please ensure that the burgers are cooked properly; otherwise, I will not be returning. I do not recommend dining there. Despite calling twice to inform them about the issue, there was no answer around 4:45 PM, possibly due to a busy time. On 11/07/2022, it appears that McDonald's on South Main Street in Middletown, CT, still has not improved. It is disappointing that they cannot get such a simple task right.
I pulled up to the drive-thru to place my order and had to wait because someone pulled into the lane next to me and their order was taken first. The person taking orders seemed unable to multitask, as I had to repeat my order three times. And when I received my big breakfast with hotcakes, I realized there was no butter included. It's frustrating that they always seem to have difficulty with such simple tasks like putting an order together.
I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. The service is absolutely terrible. Every time I go, it takes 45 minutes from beginning to end. I always order 1 or 2 double cheeseburgers with MAC sauce, and I always receive something different. It's never what I asked for. I highly advise against going to this location. It has the worst drive-thru on Route 66. I would rather eat dirt than go back there.
I have not been to this McDonald's in a couple years this was the old McDonald's now it's a new McDonald's customer service was excellent people were nice and greet you took your order food came out on time thank you very much to all

Omg!!! I haven't been to a mcds ever that was so fast and the food was piping hot, not to mention the young man that ran right over to take my order. Was in and out in 3 minutes now that's fast food.
Order number 1697 on 05/12/23 Missing two cheesburgers and 2 of fries at the counter, got them, but when I got home was also missing a triple cheeseburger. Over half the order missing. Ridiculous
Drive thru very slow. Hearing a drive thru attendant is hard enough.... Never mind having one who mumbles when he speaks.
Has yet to mess up my order so that is worth 5 stars in my eyes plus the drive through lady is nice and quick
