This McDonald's is awful. Stood at the register for 10 minutes being ignored by every employee that came up.... Was paying cash, so couldn't use the app or the kiosk.... Ordered a bottled water with my meal and had to ask for it twice after they gave us our food. There are NO napkins in the dining area, had to ask the negligent employees for napkins.And when we ordered, they didn't ask if we were eating in or not and just put the food in a bag like they did want us to stay...
I stopped going here for the bad service. the hired were rude, my commands were almost always wrong or it took forever to receive, they can never get a coffee right. obviously no customer service training at all through the upper management. the buck stops here) and never a thank you.im not plan to go back in the near future.
I saw a manager picking up trash in 90-degree weather, showing dedication. He will ensure that a large "Exit Only" sign replaces the current "Thank You" sign. This attention to detail could save lives. This store is great and serves my favorite coffee.
If I could rate it a 0 I would. Unbelievable wait for the breakfast today and I JUST ordered a hashbrown. There was a piece of hair on it. Gross. They should hire more faster people to work there. Unbelievable!!!! Réservez une table maintenant
Extremely clean place, bathrooms immaculate. Staff excellent and courteous, especially gentleman cleaning tables, floors, etc. Excellent, quick, accurate service. Exceptional McDonalds!
*EDIT* dude ahead of me waited so long he fell asleep lolfoods fine but they say quickest drive thru on the sign and I've never spent last than 20 minutes in line
Almost always have an issue here. Either won't honor the McDonald's app deals or mess up the order somehow. Literally 3 of my last 4 visits there was an issue.
The staff were polite and my order was quickly and accurately fulfilled. The restaurant maintained a clean environment. Réservez une table maintenant
