Mcdonald's - Réserver une table

Wowsers. Consistently really bad. What has happened McDonald's.?.. I worked there as a kid and there was a routine to getting the basics done.... that seems to have completely gone out the window.... I'm in an empty restaurant at 11:00pm... there are staff everywhere... milling around everywhere and yet not one table is clean. Calmly explaining my concerns gently to a manager called Jonas and he wanders off halfway through mid-sentence....oh dear. Corporate head office take note.

Whenever I have ordered a coffee from this location, they serve cold. If you order a McFlurry of Regular Size, the quantity will be lesser than that of Snack Size. Not sure if they do that intentionally as I experienced this multiple times. I complained about the same to the store once and even to the Customer Service team, but no one got back to me. McDonald’s Canada doesn’t care about complaints anymore.

There is no customer service..we were waiting to order and three employees were just chit chatting and laughing. They least care about the customers, no smile, no courtesy. It feels like we are in a college surrounded by students who are there to have some fun.

Fast service . The staffs are kind and helpful . All the tables were cleaned and sanitized properly. My kids love to go for the play place.

The Sausage egg muffins I ordered, it’s burnt and black! My poor lunch!
