I believe that in order to sell your product effectively, you should instruct your staff to always prioritize customer satisfaction. When I visited your new store in University Heights and asked to taste the shamrock shake, the manager refused. I found this to be poor business practice, as I simply wanted to see if I liked it before purchasing a full cup. I doubt I will be returning to your establishment anytime soon. Thank you, Marika.

The drinks did not taste good and despite requesting no salt, they were prepared with salt. Even after asking for them to be remade, the fries were still prepared with salt.
