McDonald's - Réserver une table

A group of friends ordered 6 sandwiches and half of them were made incorrectly. Asked for no lettuce, got lettuce, asked for no pickles and onion and got pickles and onion. Also have to mention that we got stale meat, as in the meat was in the warmer instead of being fresh. The Jr chicken patty was at least 2 hours old and not fresh fried. Fries also had no salt. Your night shift team took the night off from producing quality because it was just disrespectful what we received.

Oct 31 1545pm Order is never right. You can't get bacon added to your sandwich if order wasn't right at the microphone. The drive through person will just mumble to themselves when asked about it at the window and they'll throw your order at you without bacon anyway. 2 stars because the sandwich was like 30 min old and the bacon would've been the same so at least it worked out for me in the end. Never again.

When I order a meal, I do not want a medium or a large fry. I want a small fry, small pop, and my burger. The ladies get quite rude and try to refuse my order on multiple occasions. It takes some arguing to get my order the way I want it. So what, you have to punch it in as (3) separate items instead of a meal. Thats your job.

Food quality is meh, even based on the McStandards of other restaurants. Every single time I come here they have you “pull around” to the front so that they can lie to corporate about how fast they serve customers. Not the best location but definitely not the worst either.

Drive thru service was good and all items were correct. But food was cold and not fresh. First time I’ve ever had hard/stale chicken nuggets. 6:30pm on a Thursday.
