McDonald's - Réservation de table

Same as any other McDonald's really. The one thing that I enjoy from Quebec McDonald's versus American McDonald's is that when they mess up they do own up to it and provide their customers with a free replacement meal. I think that this encourages the staff to get orders right as it may or may not directly effect any bonus they may or may not get.

The ordering process on the screen was incredibly efficient, but there was often a long wait for the food. This is supposed to be a fast food restaurant, but we found that items were missing from our order and our food arrived almost as soon as we had paid. The self-service aisle was dirty and lacked basic essentials like napkins and ketchup.

We stopped in for breakfast after taking a friend to Dorval for a 5 am check-in. Only one server and one cook appeared to be on duty so service was very slow. The coffee was not very hot and both of us found the Bacon McMuffin tasteless. Worse was that they sat in our stomachs like heavy lumps for hours afterwards.

This restaurant never disappoints. My kids always request food when we are traveling between Montreal and Toronto. It is conveniently located right off Autoroute 20 as it passes through the city, so we don't have to detour from the highway. The service is always quick and the food is consistently good. This is one of the few McDonald's that always gets my order just right. The coffee is always hot and they always seem to have fruit and fiber muffins, where as others of the same name seem to run out or are too lazy to...set some out.

This McDonald's is a typical franchise location. It was clean and the staff were friendly. They got my order right and my latte was perfect.
