McDonald's - Réserver une table

My experience at this restaurant was terrible. I went to place an order for myself and my coworkers, but needed to make a modification. The girl taking my order was new and asked for help to input my request. Unfortunately, the next girl also didn't know how to enter it, so they called for the manager, Danny. Danny was extremely rude and refused to allow the modification to the food, even though I explained what I needed and mentioned my experience working at McDonalds. I live in Napanee, and have seen a massive decline in the customer service levels at our local McDonalds. The staff do remain friendly, however they consistently mess up orders from the new checkout systems if they seem to be over $40. Small orders they...get right, however every single time I've bought my family dinner at McDonalds in Napanee, someone is missing drinks, food or entire sandwhiches. This has happened regularly, to the point where I don't even bother asking for a comp, rather I'll just go somewhere else where they don't have this problem.

I would say 1 out of all ~5 orders they get really 100%. the rest they always forget. very annoying that his next move. always move forward after I get my order and either call them to bring it out (kovid) or. go inside and show them that they forget something again! the employees are very nice that the worst part. they just don't check or I guess

I grab the occasional coffee and breakfast here before work nothing crazy, I always have to pull ahead in the wait “zones” for hash browns or what not to be made. Wait is usually 8-10 minutes and the order still comes out wrong. I don’t...have the time to go back in, least I got something but frustrating.

I ordered a caramel latte here. The crew looked so busy with the drive thru section. With 4 customers inside. And another customer came in to order a couple of items and I still got served last. The server didn't apologize for the long wait...and not to mention i got an almost cold latte!

The service at this restaurant is friendly and efficient. Our order was delivered promptly and with a smile. The restaurant is clean, although the washrooms could be maintained better. In their defense, it was very busy when we visited.

Stopped in here before a hockey at around 2pm on a Friday and this place was just jammed. Shout out to the manager who hopped on one of the kiosks and took orders there to help alleviated the volume. Food was ok.

Don't bother coming here, the restaurant is always dirty inside and the drive-thru messes up orders frequently, usually leaving something out.

This is a clean and friendly McDonald's restaurant. Good selection of baked goods, fast friendly service, and it is very clean.
