I had a breakfast coupon for two people for $8.49 which was supposed to include coffee. I asked if I could have hot chocolate instead and also ordered three small donuts. However, when I received the bill, I was charged $15.93. When I questioned this, the server informed me that I was charged regular price for the hot chocolate, which turned out to be lukewarm and tasted like colored water. I spoke to a manager who agreed to reimburse me $3, but when she processed the refund, she only gave me $3 instead of the full amount of $3.89. I was not given an explanation for this discrepancy.
I have multiple issues with this location. Wait times are horrendous, the new drive-thru is always slow, full of cars and a number of my orders have been incorrect. And I'm only getting coffee. Since they have shortened the counter service space, the line-up inside is terrible, they are always backed up and can't get orders straight. I stopped going to this McDonalds previously for some of these reasons and getting coffee from Tim's instead. Wanted to try and give them another chance. Mistake.
Hi there, I’m delivery Uber Eat.mangers from the McDonald’s very bad attitude. Put me a wrong stickers on my back. I asked what was wrong manager said sorry about that.mangers not nice to staffs. After she report on my Uber app bad . I ordered my breakfast sandwich. It’s wrong. I put in the garbage.Everything not ok long wait at the restaurant. Never show up order on times. We waited all the Uber drivers. And the customer’s. Please respect.
This is the worst McDonalds I've ever been at. The new electronic ordering board had items that were discontinued, which was not told to us until we'd placed the order and waited 15 minutes for it to be processed. Having to put in the electronic order, then stand in line to pay an attendant that apparently can't add and subtract or count money was not much fun either. I certainly do not recommend this location.

Every single time we have hone through the driveway we have recieved less than we ordered or the wrong order. Not once have we gotten what we ordered. Ive complained once but enough is enough. They need to do something about this. Its a big issue. Even the guy in front of us got the wrong order the other day. They wont survive this way, even being McD's. People like me will give up.
I don't like fast food restaurants, especially this one. Everything is very high is fat, and you really don;t know what your getting. Not a healthy place to eat, and certainly not good food for children
I used to enjoy McDonald's, but the fries and Big Macs tasted like cardboard at this location. I do not recommend going here, as it is the worst McDonald's in Ontario. It is absolutely garbage.
This restaurant is awful in every possible way. The staff have terrible attitudes, acting as if they are never wrong and showing no interest in correcting errors or making things right.

The only thing I order is their coffee, it is so good. I find the staff very friendly and when they are busy, I don't have to wait long for my order
You can always count on a fresh cup of coffee from this location! ...just beware if it's close to lunch time the wait is a bit of a long one.
