I had high hopes for a quick and satisfying meal at Popyess, but unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. The service was extremely slow, and it took a long time to receive just two junior sandwiches. When I finally got the sandwiches, they were stale and not fresh, as if they had been sitting out for a while. What's even more frustrating is that none of the employees informed me of the delay in preparing my order. As someone who works in a fast food restaurant, I understand that things can get backed up in the kitchen, but it is still important to communicate with customers. The quality at this restaurant is declining. I recently went there with my family for a meal, and instead of receiving full-sized drumsticks, they gave me wing drumsticks and counted them as one piece. This happened with six drumsticks. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I will not be returning to this location.
Upon arrival, I was greeted by two staff members who were engaged in a conversation at the front, seemingly unaware of my presence. It took at least two minutes before they acknowledged me with a hello. The service was slow overall. The only positive aspect was that the place was clean.
Chicken was good and fried right. No line ups most of the times I come here. Came here a few times over the years and it was pretty good everytime. Much better than the all the Markham popeyes

I ordered tonight. The chicken are salted and super dry, looks like double fried. Disappointing. Biscuits are dry too.
