My friend and I have just ordered from greenock mcdonalds. Ordered 3 kids meals and and extra burger. 2 cokes and fruit shoot. 2 fruit bags and and. Out of the three kids meals not one of them where in the bag extept one small chips and the extra burger she ordered for her self. 1 coke and 1 fruit shoot. 1 fruit bag no toys and no book for the happy meals we ordered. £5.49 over spent without the things added. And tried calling 13 times. And as they only have one land line I know they where letting it ring out as I called from my phone she called from hers and when she was connecting it was saying busy on my side. So I know they just letting the phone ring out. Apparently not putting food in...
Ordered through just eat. Just eat driver sat in my car park for 15 mins before coming to the door. Shock horror, half my order missing. Went down to the mcdonalds store to get my order, they lost it twice. Staff are under trained. A lady was waiting 25 mins for 2 coffees. I ended up telling the staff to forget it left with no food, waste of time and money. Horrific service, people were coming from the drive through because their order was missing. This is probable the 8th time this I've had to go down to the store after ordering a just eat. Just eat drivers are clearly taking the food, or isit the staff just being in competent. Either way, the port mcdonalds don't seem to have these issues.
Was in McDonald's greenock on Tues 18th june busy as usual clearly under staffed worked as fast and efficient as possible .but noticed the floof in food prep area and outside in eating area was very slidy greasy my grandson nearly fell at the counter as did I and the workers were sliding around in kitchen area like on a ice rink clearly dangerous as hot fat every where and lots of food on floors I'd say a health and safety risk right there .and ps they had no milkshake again ..theres a suprise
Watched while waiting on my food being prepared 2 people handled the same burger in preperation with no gloves on using bare hands only was told this was more hygenic than using gloves?? The girl had a prod at her hair taking out what I believe to have been a clasp/cirbie of some sort and continued to the next passed burger. No hands were washed as she didn't even move from the spot. How is this hygiene wow definitely avoid if you don't want to be served contaminated food

This place was a riot tonight with a backlog of orders, people waiting to place orders, staff looking disinterested and glaikit. The food preparation area was as bad with a mass of spilt salad on the floor and a supervisor more concerned with asking staff “who still is due a break ?” As for our food order , Binned upon trying, tasteless and not fresh!!
Not for the first time we receive an incomplete order... Drink spilt all over the bag two of them just about empty. Chips missing. I will not be using them again poorest customer service ever. Two very disappointed kids But hey if I was a billion pound empire what an insignificant problem.
Yet another incomplete order. We decided to get food on way home from work and once again arrived home to find half the order missing. Should have checked I suppose but it’s becoming a regular occurrence here now. Out a pocket again.
Went for a quick bite to eat on my break from work and despite it being very busy the staff were super friendly and very attentive. I ordered a meal and a dessert and received my order within 10 mins and it was all fresh.

All I wanted was a bacon roll!!? It was rank, barely cooked and tasted off. Took it back as said it was rank, they offered me another one, I said No!! Obviously. I'll not be back.
Ordered food via just eat and despite taking my money no food ever arrived. It was marked as delivered pretty much straight after I ordered? Won't use again
