Mcdonald's - Réservation de table

Had mcdonald's this past Thursday in Downey off of Florence. They screwed up my order. Well just had it again at the one in Pico Rivera. Ordered the same thing I always ordered number 7 no cheese extra ketchup. You think they got it right. Nope got one right and one with cheese. It's so sad that you have to pay a lot for your food only to get it wrong yet again. Can't say it's a English thing cuz they got one right.

I am a regular customer, and a bald manager with a nose ring gave me my order. I think his name was Paul. I had asked for extra sauces since it was a big order, and he gave me a nasty look and attitude. I have never had this problem before with any other managers. He seems to always be in a bad mood when I go. Horrible customer service. He should be fired.

The cashier was chating with a customer-friend while the sign fir breakfast was turned.off.but we has arrived on time. The friend insisted if they could serve us breakfast but the cashier charged us by the individual items and not the package which I insisted several times that it was cheaper.

This McDonald's is always freash everytime i come n purchase... i came in this evening and i accidentally order a item by mistake the manager was so kind and allowed me to change it thank u most places would of had a grumpy response but the worker n the manger was both very kind thank u Réservez une table maintenant

Half a hour of eating my two hamburgers, my stomach was bloated with painful gas nonstop. Minutes later I started feeling weak light headed and started vomiting, sick all night. Not only will I eat here again, I’m not even trying to look at another McDonald’s again

Horrible attitude. They have laughed at customers and made fun of them in their face. Unfortunately, this is a busy McDonald's because of their location. If they don't know customer service, they should get another job. Food is great, but come on!

Ordered a happy meal toy, 6 piece chicken mcnugget and they skipped out on 1 nugget. They offered for us to come back to give us a nugget. 14-15 min round trip for one nugget didn't seem worth it. They just need to be on it to count to 6.

I ordered fish sandwich combo and specifically said plain no cheese just fish and bun the cashier repeated my order and it was correct, but once I received it had cheese on it Réservez une table maintenant

First McDonald’s I was discriminated at. Worst customer service. Manager screamed at staff due to giving the restroom code after being a paid customer.

Bad service when you ask for napkins or something they give to you in a bad way they should be more friendly !!
