This place is fantastic! It's above average in quality. The staff is attentive to customer needs and serves everyone efficiently, which helps prevent long wait times. It’s clear that the employees enjoy their work. The restrooms are clean and well-maintained. There’s plenty of parking available, and YES, there is enough space for everyone. I left feeling very happy!
Never thought I'd leave a review for a McDonald's, but wanted to say this particular one in Pacifica has the nicest and friendliest people working there. We ate there five days in a row due to convenience. Each time, we used drive thru. It was busy, but everyone smiled and greeted us kindly, which is rare these days after the pandemic.
The customer service was really disappointing. The staff appeared unfriendly and not very happy. While some of the food was decent, certain dishes were completely unsatisfactory.

Waiting at 6 AM for an iced coffee is simply ridiculous. It's frustrating to have to pull over and wait just to get it.
The chicken sandwich was cold in the middle, so I called to speak with someone, but they hung up on me.
The restaurant was clean, the service was prompt, the staff was friendly, and the food was delicious.
For some reason this McDonald's is more expensive than the neighboring ones. Still decent though.
