I genuinely have no idea how a MCDONALDS can be so bad. Working in the food industry myself, I have a lot of patience when I go anywhere to eat but they’re beyond rude here and so ridiculously slow. Unfortunately, this is the closest one to me and I come here often for a cheap lunch. I usually just get the free fry deal with a drink on the app. Supposed to be very quick and easy but I’ve noticed that I need to order at least 10 minutes before I walk in, yet it still won’t be ready. So the past couple of times, I ordered 20 minutes before and it was still not ready I even tried 30 minutes before! I’ll go up to the cashier and be completely ignored. Terrible experience!!! I ordered a breakfast platter along with a large orange juice, but unfortunately, I ended up throwing everything away. While I was on the train, I discovered a bug floating in my orange juice. There was no way for me to go back since I was already on the train and late for my appointment. I've had several unpleasant experiences at this particular McDonald's before and have brought my concerns to the manager's attention, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Now I'm out $11.00, and I’ve made the decision to never return to this McDonald's again!
I cannot recommend this McDonald's location. It stands out as one of the worst and most unsafe places to eat. There are homeless individuals both inside and outside the restaurant, which creates an unsettling atmosphere for guests. It's surprising that a business valued at over $1 million would permit such conditions for its customers.
Everything was good at this location; there’s nothing significant to comment on. The burgers were well-prepared and extremely fresh, which was a pleasant surprise. The fries were also freshly made just before my order. The pickup system is acceptable but could use some improvement.

I think the restaurant is more geared towards children. My friend wanted chicken nuggets, so I decided to join her, and she really enjoyed her meal! I would have been interested in trying the vegan options if they had any available.
The location of McDonald's is quite convenient. The service is standard. The food is reasonably good for the price. The restaurant maintains a clean environment. Overall, everything is just satisfactory.
McDonald's is a clean and spacious restaurant that doesn't get too crowded. I highly recommend it, although there isn't a play area for children.
I absolutely love the specials and appreciate the rewards even more. The staff is incredibly fast and friendly—I'm a huge fan of all of them!
