I ordered a large fries and a large drink, but I was given medium instead of large, even though I specifically requested and paid for the larger sizes. To make matters worse, the Coke was the worst I’ve ever tasted; it was flat, and I’ve had better Coca-Cola that had been left out for years. This isn't the first time they've messed up my order; it seems to happen consistently. It’s really disappointing, and it makes me feel like they might not care about my experience. I’ll definitely think twice before ordering from this restaurant again. Honestly, I would rather have a simple peanut butter and jelly sandwich and a glass of milk than the subpar meal I received.
Good place for quick grabs. Limited vegetarian options available but a there is a decent selection of burgers and other stuff for non-vegetarian people. I personally like their chocolate sundae. Good deals available on app with rewards program where you can earn some points for each purchase you make. These points can be redeemed for few items if purchased in future. Drive-in option is quick and hassle-free for anyone who wants to swing by and grab a quick bite.Vegetarian options: Almost no vegetarian options, expect for French fries and Desserts.
best mcdonald’s find them in the entire east bay! it is clean, it is fully equipped with right employees, full of all the needs and needs, and even their employees seem happier than most other mcdonald’s staff! I travel a lot around the bay and from all the fast foods I was, this is one of the best. the prices are somewhat steep, but it is the opposite and plus it should be. best position I was! kudos youngs! Go on!
today with my two children. the drive thru was very busy and they were all from happy meal toys. my children were betrayed, but it was all in order. I give five stars, because the drive thru cash was very polite, to us the bad news about the happy eating toy situation. I am sure that other customers were also disappointed and might have been rude to him. the less he was professional and friendly for us!

Disgusting women's bathroom. Someone got sick and threw up on the floor in the handicap stall. The bathroom was cleaned up but not sanitized. Should have used bleach. I felt bad for the man who had to clean it up. The other stall toilet was just as disgusting. Management should pay more attention since the bathrooms are also used by employees. Yuk!!!Kid-friendliness: Happy meals are always a hit.
If you like ordering from robots, this is for you. I don't mind the kiosks when things are busy but being told to use them after the customer previous had their order taken at the register isn't super awesome. Kiosks should be a choice not mandated for customer service sake.But the fries were fresh, hot, and delicious so at least I had that going for me.
the service was fast and the staff was friendly. I have my food right. I can't complain. everything was just perfect. the dining room was also super clean.
Just as one can expect. We don't go to fast food expecting gourmet. We should rate appropriately as well. This establishment hit all the stars.
