Today, my son went to the restaurant to order an apple pie and two large fries. When he reached the window, he was only given one order of fries. The employee asked him to pull up and wait for the second order to be brought out to him. After waiting for 15 minutes, the order never came out and he left out of impatience. When he got home and told me about the incident, I called the restaurant to speak to Hope as mentioned on the receipt. However, the phone rang several times before a voicemail message said that it had not been set up. It is disappointing that they could not get such a basic order correct, especially considering the price of almost $4 per order of fries.
At 715 pm parked and went to go inside….door was locked but could see people inside eating…was finally let in by a customer…No ice in machine…every one of the 6 employees were looking at us like we shouldn’t be there….then the female manager said “We short staffed so we closed the dining room…but you ok” I let a few other patrons in before they started yelling “We closed inside”…and turned people away! Not a good look…not a good atmosphere….they weren’t that busy…Covid got people just flat out lazy….give em all $25 per hour….youll be closed for good before you know it! Super Disappointed
I ordered through DoorDash and got the quarter pounder with cheese without a sesame seed bun. The restaurant surprised me by sending a burger without a bun at all. I expected them to have more sense than that, especially since I had ordered the same meal the day before with a regular bun. I am really upset about this - the prices are too high for me to be dissatisfied. I am very disappointed.
I must say we are nerve disappointed at this McDonald's!! It is literally the only one in town that gets your order right and that doesn't make you sit in their drive thru forever and a day.. the food is always hot, delicious, and fresh

This restaurant does not fully cook their food. After eating a burger here, I was in pain for hours. My stomach was hurting so much that I eventually threw up. The vomit resembled the burger I had eaten. I do not recommend dining here.
I have to say we're nervously disappointed at these McDonald's! It's literally the only one in the city that gets your order right and that doesn't make you sit in your trip thru forever and a day.
It was ok. We went through drive thru. Fast service. We just got apple pies which are always great.
The lobby is closed significantly earlier than it’s supposed to be and drive through is slow
