The employees at this restaurant in Helena (located on the corner of Custer Montana) are extremely friendly and hardworking. Every time I visit, they have smiles on their faces and provide excellent customer service. Despite the national shortages causing a slight delay in receiving my fries at the drive-thru last night, the team went above and beyond by giving me coupons and maintaining a positive attitude. They truly are the best crew! Thank you.
The restaurant was clean, attractive, and the staff was clean and professional. The food was fresh and the drinks were tasty. The prices were surprisingly high, as I rarely eat fast food, and unfortunately, McDonald's does not offer a lettuce wrap option. I must admit, I will not be paying almost $5 for a fish patty, half a slice of melted cheese, and a dollop of tartar sauce again. However, if you enjoy McDonald's, this location seems very nice.
Whenever I opt for fast food, it's typically because I prefer minimal interaction and am too lazy to cook for myself. However, my experience at this drive-thru was a bit uncomfortable, as I encountered a young boy who shared random jokes (albeit in a friendly manner). Despite feeling awkward, I persevered for the sake of my beloved chicken nuggets. On a side note, it would be great if the shamrock shake was available year-round.
Maybe I'm just getting old, but I remember when McDonald's was McDonald's. Now I feel like I'm going to a poor man's Starbucks that happens to serve some okay tasting food. The food has gone downhill, the service is almost non-existent now that there's computer screens in there, and the prices have gone through the roof. That's why we used to eat fast food, because it was cheap. Now it cost the same as going out to a restaurant. Réservez une table maintenant
We went today and it was as busy as could be. Cars lined all the way out to Murdoch’s. We went inside to by pass the line ans used the electronic check out. Ellered made sure to come over and check in on us even when it was ridiculously busy. Thanks Ellered your effort was recognized
I enjoy going to this store because the employee are professional and friendly. When I am doordashing the order is usually ready and I don't have to wait! Personally when I order the food is always fresh.
The restaurant just doesn't have the same charm as it once did. The quality isn't as good as it used to be, but it's not bad considering the price. However, the orange juice is exceptionally good.
We waited for 20 minutes for 2 fries. When I called, the employee was rude and quickly dismissed my questions and hung up on me. Réservez une table maintenant
