I've always had pretty good experiences with this Mcdonalds. I typically order from the drive-thru, which has multiple lines and moves quickly. There is also large menu displays that make choosing a food selection much easier. Staff are typically efficient and friendly or neutral. Interior is a pretty typical McDonald's and is clean and organized. Not too bad for fast food.Parking: Lots in the immediate area and plenty more in the plazaKid-friendliness: Crayons and placemats. Out of all the McDonald's locations I've visited, the one on East Main Road (in the Job Lot/Marshall's plaza) is definitely the cleanest. The staff is very diligent about cleanliness and practices excellent food safety. I even noticed one employee in the back remove his gloves before using his smartphone, which I appreciate. I don't mind that they might not speak perfect English. To me, a clean environment is especially important when dining out!
I don't know how many times I've had to repeat myself 5+ times when I get to the pickup window because the person working it doesn't speak English. I repeated my order multiple times while multiple other staff members were just standing around watching and the employee still proceeded to try and give me things I didn't order. If they can't understand and interact with the customers why the hell is that the position they are given
The online hours indicate that the drive-thru is open until midnight. I went there tonight and arrived at the drive-thru at 11:30 PM. However, I found that all but one of your employees were outside in the parking lot smoking, and no one answered at the drive-thru. Inside, one employee was disposing of food in the trash. This is the third time in two months that this location hasn't been open as advertised.

Stood by the register for about 10 minutes to try and order, employees looked at me, walked past would look and not say a word. Finally after getting my meal about 20 min later) it was wrong! Honestly you can't make this up. The remake my rather simple order and it was wrong again!!! ? In all, I was waiting over 35 min. Parking is awful as well. ??? Place was awful.
To the guy behind the counter today, 1/14/2024 that asked me how he could help me, i said that I was picking up a food delivery order and you literally walked away without saying a word I just want to let you know I got the last laugh with this review and knowing that you can’t find a better job than minimum wage!
The owner/manager needs too change the times of closing online.. workers are still there but no one says sorry were closed nothing... Online says open until 12am so??? I won 't be back!
During my order, they informed me that they were closing 20 minutes earlier than the posted closing time. This is just unacceptable behavior.
