The drive thru people are so rude consistently. What disturbed me the most today was 2 employees (that cashed me out and handed me my food were NOT properly wearing their masks!! Disgusting!! Where I work I am required to PROPERLY wear my mask at all times, in accordance with CDC guidelines as well as the mask mandate. If I choose to not wear my mask properly, I get sent home. Why shouldn?t they?? Makes me wonder if they even bothered to properly wear their masks (if at all! while prepping my food! This is proper disgusting. I?m upset, angry and sickened. Way to go, McDonald?s... wouldn?t be surprised if an influx of covid cases were tied to your location!!
Last night, when I went to this restaurant, I found out that they only accepted cash. I didn't have a problem with that, so I put the money in the window to pay. The woman working there was on her phone and seemed to ignore me while I waited. She finally took my money and then told me that the card machine was broken, so I wouldn't be getting a receipt. I decided to just leave without it. When I got home and checked the food, I found out that the cakes were very old and stale. There were no stickers indicating when they were made, and they were basically just gelatin at that point.
Unfortunately while on the way to enjoy some Christmas lights, the McDonald's location, we stopped finding ourselves in a bit of a dinner rush. We only ordered 4 drinks for the vehicle; three hot chocolates and a coffee. Waiting came on 18 minutes recorded on phone as well as some time before you think to start a timer. We were asked to move forward and observe how three other vehicles have gone. Two of them had ordered warm drinks. Very unhappy with the service.
The restaurant has been closed on several nights when they should have been open. There have been times when you'll sit in the drive-thru line until you pull up to ask or decide to leave, and I've experienced both scenarios. It's your typical McDonald's, with inconsistent accuracy and quality. The staff could benefit from some customer service training, and not utilizing the kiosk is almost unacceptable. I?ve lived here for about 5 months and have yet to get speedy/quality service. Today (my 7th or 8th time) I even had to pull up to the pick-up window to order because three people passed me in the other lane at the order menu speaker. I?m going to be honest and say don?t order here unless you have above-average patience and no expectations for a ?good? McDonalds franchise.
I just left the restaurant and my Big Mac was soggy with an excessive amount of Mac sauce. I didn't receive my Oreo milkshake, they forgot to give me a fork for my Cinnamon Roll, and the large fry looked more like a medium. The food was lukewarm and I also didn't receive my tartar sauce. It's disappointing to see such lazy workers who don't seem to care.
