Mcdonald's In Des Pla

I would put zero stars if I could, I ordered a sausage McMuffin no muffin,SOMEHOW. I got a gross burger with grilled onions, when I called to the manager the lady with a heavy accent who said she was the manager, picked up the phone.. didn't say hello McDonald's nothing while taking orders then eventually she says McDonald's,I try to calmly tell her what happened an she said NO SORRY we don't have burgers in the morning, in a loud rude tone like talking down to me , she wouldn't let me talk she just kept saying I was wrong, I said I tried to call you so that I wouldn't have to deal with corporate , but now I'm definitely taking this up before and I sure did but I thought everyone should know...

Rudest staff ever especially this young girl by the name Kelly been there at least three times in three separate occasions. I only go through the drive-through except my son wanted to use the bathroom. I had to park my car so that he could go to the bathroom only to find out that the bathroom each time is out of order this last time, I asked to speak to the manager and she said sorry no bathroom is out of order. I explain to her that I’ve been here three times and that the bathroom each time has been out of order. Why even opened this McDonald’s if everything else is not in working order. Maybe because I'm a black man but I ordered 2 double cheese burgers and a sweet tea. The tea good bit they gave me old patties on both and put salt on the patties. I recommend no one goes here, especially if you are of African decent. It seems to happen at a lot of restaurants that I've been. I feel like the restaurant place Latin workers that are racist low key towards Black people

I went to this McDonald's often yesterday I forgot my wallet but they already cashed out my order I had a free frappe from my mobile order but since they cashed me before knowing I couldn't pay my rewards disappeared and didn't give me my free frappe either and now I have no points either

This McDonald's establishment has the lobby open to order and dine at their outdoor patio but deny patrons access to bathroom facilities. Department of health should give them a visit and shut down the dine in experience to avoid public health issues due to no bathrooms.

First...no place to eat in....just order , pick up and drive through...poor service inside ! Fries was really dry but the sandwiches good...since when a fast food chain with no eating in?

It just has a drive-thru you really can't sit down and eat I guess the food is the same as everywhere else but it'd be nice to be able to bring your kids and sit down and eat

No bathrooms! No indoor seating! A few tables outside only. Came with 6 people and had to go elsewhere. I guess ok if you just want a drive thru. Will not come back.
