I ordered pizza and wings at this location at first everything was good then the person behind the counter told me he forgot to to have the wings out for 30 min before cooking so I was it’s ok it happens I’ll take the Pizza now and come back for the wings and when I came back I watched the same person behind the counter making the wings and handling the register and held cash money in his hand and it was $100 bill and as he taking the wings out of the frying basket One of the ones dropped on the counter he picked it up with his bare hands and put it in for my order I did express my concern. He remade my order, and still did not wash his hands as he made the new order I was trying to explain...
Ordered delivery and was missing an item. The driver had to deliver the food only a couple of blocks and got a very decent tip. I called the store and was transferred to another line. No one picked up the other line, it was just silence. Called the store back and the gentleman on the phone said he would refund my card. I waited a few days and didn't get a refund. I called the store back and the gentleman told me I had to wait 3-5 days. I never got a refund and the pizza we got was greasy and not good. I suggest you go somewhere else. We ordered 3 items and was missing one of them. Kinda shady of them.
Called to order a pizza. Gave the lady my address, and she took my credit card information. Stated it would be 35 minutes. An hour went by, so I called. She stated that it was no longer in their system, that may be out on delivery with it. She put me on hold so she could check. A man picked up and asked if I had an order, and I told him what was going on. He then got rude and stated they didn't deliver to my address. I stated that they had taken my payment. He very rudely stated that they tried to call, but it went straight to voicemail, which is not possible, and that it would be voided. Ridiculous!
My food was 30 minutes past the delivery time. It wasn’t even warm. When I called the restaurant to see where it was, whomever answered the phone was not helpful at all and said my food would still be hot. The driver had forgotten our drinks so stopped somewhere to buy them and would be arriving in 3 minutes. It was 10 minutes later. I’m very disappointed. I don’t know why I even bothered trying them again after the last experience where I didn’t even receive my order and the restaurant hung up on my 3 times when I called to complain. Waited for curbside, no one came out even though there were two employees standing and sitting around. Received the wrong pizza. When trying to call the store, it kept rolling over to the call center. Transferred multiple times still didn’t get to talk to the store. Very frustrating and disappointing. Dominos would never.
