I cost 5* reviews sparingly, reserve them for those who really stand above the others and I think this place deserves it. We stayed here looking for ceviche restaurants and then seeing that this place was also in my list to go. Although it took a few minutes to be recognized even at the front door waiting to be seated, from there we were constantly impressed. Our waitress was energetic, knowledgeable and decided on food on the menu what I want in a restaurant server. On their recommendations we started with a Margarita and Michelada with Modelo (see picture). They use their own mix in the michelada and while I can't claim to be an aficianado, this was the best thing I had in my life (so far....

Food is delicious! It 's homey. My top two picks are the Churrasco (Skirt Steak with an egg on top) and the Seco de Pollo (Dry of Chicken, but dont worry its not dry). I highly recommend dumping the salsa 'aji ' sauce on your rice or Empanada. If you just try it with a fork, it might be flavorless. So to try it put some rice to the side and dump a tsp amount, it is less spicy than a Dorito chip. This will increase the flavor profile. Lastly, I recommend getting them empanadas to go, sooo yummy you might regret not getting more. (Traducido por Google) ¡La comida es deliciosa! es hogareño Mis dos mejores opciones son el churrasco (filete de falda con un huevo encima) y el seco de pollo (pollo...

Love this place! The food is unique, interesting, fun, tasty and not as scary! The menu has a variety of different protein options and vegetarian options, It has some spicy some not spicy dishes and excellent descriptions! The wait staff is helpful and professional! The atmosphere is laid back, quiet but could also be elegant and romantic! I'm bad with remembering the names of the dish I've eaten but this time I had chicken, lentil beans, yellow rice plantains. My friend had the fried shrimp. I also had an apple soda from Ecuador. EVERYTHING WAS SO GOOD! I'm not a big fan of beans but their's are special with the lentils added the texture is totally different! The chicken was super juicy! YE...

Loved this spot! Will definitely be back here to try as much as possible. The food was amazing. We started off with the plantains to start, which was amazing and I would highly recommend it. We enjoyed our main courses but wish I had something a little more flavorful instead of plain rice in my dish. The ribs were great and extremely flavorful. What really blew me away was the dessert we had! Would highly recommend having dessert here, and I might just stop back here just for the starters and dessert. The Service was great even though they were extremely busy.

We visited Iowa for the first time. My family is from Ecuador so when I saw Mi Patria, I had to try it. The food was fantastic. Super authentic and delicious!! The hornado was just like my grandma makes back home. Also the staff was so nice. He was the son of the owners and was very personable and friendly. I’d def recommend to anyone!

Great portions, delicious food, great atmosphere and the staff was super friendly. I lived the salsa they had and made sure to devour all of it. It was nice to find a restaurant offering something different in town.
