I really wish I could give this place zero stars. I came in to get a drink and a snack, but the person taking orders seemed completely out of it. When I asked if I could get something for a dollar, he told me that nothing on the menu costs that much, even though it clearly states that all soft drink sizes are $1. He also mentioned that they don’t serve breakfast, even though no one had asked about it. When I tried to get information about the menu, he kept saying that he didn’t understand my questions. I mean, can't they have someone who actually knows the menu help out? It's just absurd. They really need to hire staff with better customer service skills or at least provide more training. I...
This was the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. The management was rude, and I couldn't place my order properly. The food was cold, and it wasn't even a busy time; it was 2 PM on a Wednesday.
I ordered chicken burger and they gave beef burger and I am an indian and asked for ranch which was never provided saw it at the end and most disgusting place to go
while the employee who worked the drive thru was very friendly and friendly, I just wanted to order a shake. I was told that the location no longer sold them.
