Mercado - Réserver une table

Enjoyed my birthday dinner here with my partner. Décor is nice and modern however the ambience can be loud (depends on what you like) although granted I did go on a weekend during dinner. It is a little slightly crowded in terms of the dining layout as well but nothing that I couldn't look past. Food was fantastic and I could not fault a single dish. I have been before and my recommendations include their foie gras parfait, the house charcuterie and the haloumi pear dish. You will not go wrong with any of their in-house made charcuterie/deli/cheese items. I am only a little disappointed that we did not receive a birthday candle or message as we had originally requested in our booking however service as a whole from Michael/Mikkel (?) was fantastic as he did his best to be attentive as possible, despite the large number of patrons he was serving. Pricing/bill is reasonable given the location and calibre of the restaurant and certainly to be expected (we splurged as it was my birthday and the bill came to $280 for the both of us with drinks being about $100). Overall, always an enjoyable experience at Mercardo - certainly worth the trip for the food alone.

We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary at Mercado and it was simply fantastic. The service from our waitress, Sandra was warm and friendly - nothing was too much trouble. She was a star! The food was world class. We ate and drank like queens :-) Yummy cocktails to start with breaded chorizo-stuffed olives and a scrumptious, flavoursome charcuterie plate. Great wine to follow. Then incredible prawns and chorizo to ease us into the mains. For mains, the half rotisserie chicken with melt-in-your-mouth carrots and crispy, tasty brussel sprouts. For dessert, you must not go past the hazelnut mousse cake - to die for and great to share. The portions were very generous for tapas and we were absolutely stuffed with what only sounds like a few dishes. Mercado is not cheap but not ridiculous either and it really is worth it! $260 all up for incredible food, great atmosphere and superb service. Book in now!

Visited here for a special occasion and not disappointed. In fact one of the most delicious meals we've had in a while. We eat out a few times a week and sample all types of food this meal was just fantastic. Sampled a selection of small plates - loved the anchovies and scallops. Then shared the main - Enjoyed immensely the pork and the accompanying vegetables - cauliflower and the Brussels sprouts YUM! Great service topped a brilliant night.

Absolutley amazing food and service. We were recommended a few dishes by the staff that neither my wife or i would normally chose and they were stand outs including the foie gras and kingfish and the beef eib with bone marrow. Will definitely becoming back and hopefully soon.

Came here with friends and we all loved it. Had the ravioli and roasted octopus ???? the feel of this place is very cool ???? I'm sure we will return when we can.
