Mike's Drive In Restaurants

This is a very well established fast food restaurant for the area and holds a lot of nostalgia in the Milwaukie set. Sometimes you can only wonder if they coast on that reputation? Their food is good, fries are half decent, milkshakes/ice creams are great. Some might be thinking a big 'so what? '. I 'd put it in the if it isn 't broke don 't fix it. I 've noticed since they 've lost some of their other locations that unlike other drive-ins this has not led to a loss of quality service or innovation. This is an drive-in style fast food that still works.

This is a long time span of the area. My father-in-law took me here (more than 30 years ago) to get out for the family. The fish is Halibut, the Mikes Special Burger is great and the onion rings around the best there is. However, you need to get the shakes and they Old Fashioned. Don't be surprised if there's a waiting time, they're busy.

This place is in business forever. I love coming here when they have a pumpkin milkshake. It's amazing. We drove our bikes here from Portland Oregon through the bike paths. The food is wonderful. Amazing customer service. Great place to spawn the Pokemon players for Pokemon. Here is also a gym.

It’s a classic staple piece! Shakes are delicious, experience is unique. Great food for classic fast food. Sweet employees. Great value. Yes the wait can be quiet long but it’s always popular and really corks with the experience (so maybe not “fast” food). O

Good smell. Had shrimps and oysters, pommes, ice cream. Kids have loved Mike's Drive-in for years. The prices are on the high end and most are waiting, but so delicious and worth it.
