As for the pizza, it was nearly burnt and had no taste whatsoever. When I asked for a refund, the owner, Mike John, refused to accommodate me because I didn't call within 20 minutes. His attitude was quite dismissive. The comments made by the owner only affirm that my experience was genuine, and he showed no willingness to provide a refund or even a credit.
I urge you not to support this business. Instead, please consider supporting other local establishments that truly need help during this pandemic. Additionally, I noticed the owner walking around with a firearm visibly attached to his hip, and I wonder if that's even legal to display in public. Overall, this place was a huge disappointme...
I had a really disappointing experience with the customer service here. For two weeks in a row, they repeated my order back to me but forgot the calzone each time. Not even a hint of making it right with a complimentary item. We thought we'd give it another shot since the food was decent, but there's no way we'll be returning! Good customer service is essential these days! I'd recommend going to Bryantville Pizza Kitchen down the street; they truly value their customers!
I have ordered lunch and dinner her so many times that I can't keep track. I have never been disappointed in the quality of either the food or the service.Update: Mike's continues to be the best in Hanson at what they do!
I love Mike?s haven?t been disappointed in over 15yrs of going here, my favorite is a large Italian with everything on it, but you can?t go wrong with anything on their menu!

Used the Slice app, was a little strange but we got it figured out. Pizza was a solid 8 out of 10, fresh, hot and great taste.
