An excellent food choice for every time of the day. I've been a customer for 1.5 year now and this place never disappoints. Everything they serve apart from -obviously- pitas, are made in-store, fresh, every day, something that is definitely not the average for Britain. Living in Britain I'm sick and tired of pre-cooked and frozen, overpriced food. Even expensive chains still serve pre-cooked stuff. The proof? Your order arrives 10' after you place it. How long would a steak take to grill at home? 20-30mins? Why should a restaurant take less than that? This means it's pre-cooked. This was my favourite burrito place over the other (albeit new additions) options in town. However past two times I've had problems with the orders. First time several items missing which ruined our night but granted mistakes happen so I thought I'd give them another go. This past Sunday 26th we ordered again, 2 burritos bundles, extra chips and salsas, 2 jarritos drinks, over £33 order value. Order arrives and only has chips and half the salsas, no burritos or drinks. Get in contact and they resend missing items, another half an hour later get burritos that are poorly filled, wrong soda flavours and entirely BLACK guacamoles. I had 4 pots of guacamole all of which were darkened and smelling...
This is my second review of Mission Burrito but it is a disappointing one and supersedes my second ever trip advisor review. After venturing out after lockdown for the first time in 3 months and with Wahaca still closed, I settled for what I thought was going to be a satisfying Mexican delicacy. Instead I had the blandest burrito I have ever eaten and I would like to consider myself a burrito connoisseur. The rice and chicken were tasteless and both the beans and salad were soggy, due to the server failing to undertake their duty in draining the water effectively with the serving spoon. There was so much burrito water that I left a puddle and it splashed all over my Nikes. Very disappointing...
This is a typical burrito establishment where you can customize your burrito to your liking. However, when I mentioned the lack of meat in my burrito, I received a negative response from the staff, although they did add a bit more meat. Surprisingly, cheese is considered an additional charge. It's disappointing how they are trying to save money. Additionally, they did not offer any sour cream. The food is tasty but the service leaves much to be desired. Charging extra for cheese must be a decision made by management. In my opinion, it was the wrong decision.

Was a busy lunch, they assemble the food as you order which is good, the wait isn't long. Standard burritos and k nachos, friendly staff at tills asked if we needed extra napkins as we are eating by the riverside. For the price its a large portion, first time trying, it's good.
Fast food style layout. Staff are helpful. You choose your base then your toppings and then you are good to go. Fast service, so good if you are in a hurry. Food is tasty with a wide range of options. Next to the riverside, so sitting outside is the best option.
The food at this restaurant is always delicious, with vegan options available. The staff are friendly and the service is very fast. The seating is comfortable and canteen style, and the toilets are clean and well-maintained.
Always loved this place, amazing burritos, yummy chips, best in the summer so you can get a burrito and a beer and sit on the riverside, still good all year though, recommended especially if you like a nice spicy burrito!

The burrito and quesadillas are delicious. I usually stop here for a quick burrito, as the service is very fast. I wish there was more meat in the burrito instead of beans and rice. Overall, I recommend giving it a try.
Food is reasonably priced and of excellent quality. I'd like to see a more extensive menu and eating in to be more pleasant (it's tiny and busy).
