Definitely listen to the crawfish community when they say crawfish is done for the seasoncame hers because they were still promoting live crawfish and my mom loves pho. I needed a fix but once I kept eating it, I knew they weren’t actually live. Please do not advertise live crawfish when you know your crawfish is frozen or deadgross worst experience ever. Decided to try this place after all of the hype that I seen on Facebook in this crawfish group that I am in. We came on Saturday around noon and by that time, it was just us and another couple; however, by the time we were leaving, it was getting pretty crowded. We opted for the crawfish, gumbo, chicken wings and shrimp roll. While the owner was very friendly, service was lacking. I understand that they were short in staff as a child took our order and brought us our food. The crawfish was just ok, everything was just ok. On the bright side, I ordered the tamarind snow crab, but I’m not sure whose idea it was to fry it. Unlike blue crab, you don’t eat the whole shell, and getting the meat out was a struggle. For $28.99, I expected much better. The side of garlic noodles felt like just a filler. My mom did enjoy her pho, though. In the end, our bill came to $113, with $68 of that for the disappointing crawfish. Lesson learned!
I ordered 1 pound of shrimp for $19, but I only received 10 small to medium shrimp, which was probably around half a pound at most. While the taste was good, I felt it was unfair to be charged that much for so little. They sell a lot of seafood and crawfish by the pound, and if this is how they handle a single pound, I can only imagine what they do when you order 20-25 pounds of crawfish. Although crawfish season has ended, my partner decided to visit this restaurant because they offered “live crawfish.” I'm not entirely sure if they were truly live, as they didn't taste very fresh. However, I really enjoyed the beef pho. The restaurant features a vast Asian fusion menu, and the service was excellent. Overall, it was a good experience. Service: Dine-in Meal type: Lunch.
