I actually prefer the Chipotle down the street but I like to come here sometimes for something different. Food is pretty good, but sometimes the rice is undercooked and hard. Today the cashier was really nice but the other workers always seem careless and unprofessional. The manager seems good, but I think he needs to hire more customer service orientated people instead of people that look and act like they just walked in from off the street. The place isn’t necessarily dirty, but it seems kinda run down like they need a remodel. I come here often. Staff are great. Service is usually good. Had to clean off a table before I could sit down. NO HEAT. FREEZING in here. I have seen other reviews similar. When are you going to provide your customers with a clean, warm and wecoming atmosphere!Going back to Pittsford because they have heat in winter and A/C in the summer.Thank you.
