I have been a loyal customer for a while, but I have been extremely disappointed with the recent service at this restaurant. I understand that there are new staff members, but it is frustrating for me to have to make multiple trips to Bayside to correct my order when mistakes are made. When I call, no one answers the phone, and when I visit in person, I see the staff standing around and not working. The service is slow, the staff are rude, and mistakes are made frequently. The new employees are making me feel like I no longer enjoy dining at this establishment.
Great place to hang out and play card games board games since they have long and wide tables.Food is ok, I usually get the Onigiri as a snack.The drinks can be a bit too sweet for my fiancée and I even after asking for 30-50% sugar. I really like the hot jasmine milk tea with grass jelly. Try out the Earl Grey Waffle as well!Employees are usually kind and welcoming.Prices are standard bubble tea prices except I think it's worth it because of the nice tables.
I arrived right as the restaurant opened and ordered two drinks. I waited for about 10 minutes, during which the employees were behind the counter. One employee eventually made the drinks after the other mentioned the customer waiting. By that point, it had been quite some time already. The staff did not seem attentive to customers, and the chairs were also not yet set out for customers. Overall, I was not impressed with this place.
I love this place. The passion fruit green tea is my favorite drink from here. I love their monigiris too. The staff is so kind. I forgot to add boba because I decided I wanted it after all in the passion fruit green tea, and they kindly added it for me even though they were busy when I came in at night today. I also recommend the wamochi, which is so good. I love the brown sugar one.

I ordered tuna and crab onigiri and received a pork and crab onigiri. Just ruined the whole experience. I ordered drinks with bubbles and they didn't even give straws! Lack of service and quality.
I come here only for their fresh tea drinks. The staff is pleasant. However the fresh teas are sometimes not in stock, which can be frustrating. Chocolate wamochi is tasty if you like chocolate.
I‘ve enjoyed eating their spicy tuna nigiri cuz it was so good but at some point, they put TOO MUCH of vinegar to store raw tuna more longer and sadly the taste was not what it used to be.
The food and bubble tea is good but they take so long making the food.
