Momo Ashi - Réserver une table

I have been a loyal customer for a while, but I have been extremely disappointed with the recent service at this restaurant. I understand that there are new staff members, but it is frustrating for me to have to make multiple trips to Bayside to correct my order when mistakes are made. When I call, no one answers the phone, and when I visit in person, I see the staff standing around and not working. The service is slow, the staff are rude, and mistakes are made frequently. The new employees are making me feel like I no longer enjoy dining at this establishment.

I arrived right as the restaurant opened and ordered two drinks. I waited for about 10 minutes, during which the employees were behind the counter. One employee eventually made the drinks after the other mentioned the customer waiting. By that point, it had been quite some time already. The staff did not seem attentive to customers, and the chairs were also not yet set out for customers. Overall, I was not impressed with this place.

The rice was poorly cooked and unappetizing. The curry was too tangy, the chicken was not well-prepared, and I was disappointed to receive a small straw with my boba order.

The food and drinks at this restaurant are fantastic. I highly suggest trying it out!

The bubble tea is delicious and the atmosphere is very cute and cozy.
