Been here twice and the venue is really lovely and spacious. Great for a date night. The food is excellent. The host greeting at the door makes you feel welcomed. The service is good. however our waitress was a bit stand offish this time around. I do agree with the previous comment about being asked for a tip. Saying “did you just want to leave the total as is or add something.”is asking for a tip! Definitely makes you feel uncomfortable. We normally leave a cash tip when paying by card but we didn’t for that reason. Perhaps better to give the machine to the guest or skip asking. If people really want to leave a tip they will ask. Still this wouldn’t stop me from returning to this great rest...
Underwhelmed expectations. The service was great! All staff was amazing. The food was the biggest let down. The mussel and prawn pasta was fantastic packed with flavour. The polenta chips as soft and mushy on the inside. The cheese sauce had a nice flavour but came out broken in the bowl as the oil was separated form the cheese. The pizza was watery and feel apart as I picked it up. Flavour of the meats on the pizza was nice but just kept sliding off every time I picked up a slice. Also the pizza was only cut into 3 slices the rest of the pizza we had to tear by hand because it wasn’t cut properly. Overall nice place just wish the food experience was better.
Been here a few times and the food never disappoints! My go-to Italian dishes are always the seafood based pizzas and pastas, but it was also great to try some of the other things too. For a group of 8 people, 3 x pizzas, 3 x pastas, 1 x entree, 1 x side and a dessert each was quite sufficient. My top highlights this time around were the fettucine moretti and the trastevere pizza! The only reason why I docked a star was because of the rude waiter who consistently made “smart” remarks when we were trying to order. However, I understand this is not reflective of all staff at the restaurant.
fantastic place when they long for Italian eating. to authentic taste. Spaghetti is handmade, fresh, soft. sauces are beautifully cooked. we had fatuccine moretti and broccolini saltati for the main course as we wanted to keep it easy.Pannacotta al frutti di bosco is desert to die, for, excellent at the T. look at the high guy with a neat ponytail to serve them, I missed his name, but he was fabulous and made our evening Réservez une table maintenant
this is my favorite Italian destination in leichhardt. they have customer-friendly staff and this continuously takes care of customer satisfaction. they really serve hot and fresh. Garlic bread was delicious and pizza was also really nice. it was hot and spicy, as according to our specifications they adapted it. the environment;
The customer service at this restaurant is definitely terrible. Though they offer a wide variety of products, the premises are extremely unclean. On December 13th, the floor manager did not give us our change back after we paid in cash. This is very dishonest. I would not recommend visiting this place.
The pizza at this Sydney restaurant was the worst I've ever had. There are plenty of other Italian restaurants in the area that are similarly priced but offer much better quality. This pizza was even worse than ones you can buy from supermarkets. Réservez une table maintenant
