For how this place is blowing up on social media this was some bad customer service, front desk was just clueless from the get go or just new, no worries if you’re new but there was no hi, hello, how are you from anyone upon entry, then I was told it would be an hour wait for a sub yet when she asked someone else it was 15 minutes. She couldn’t figure out how to put the order in, or even let me pay. We ordered for here yet we’re given our food in a to go bag, no napkins, no plates. Yes, the food is fantastic. No qualms about that. But due to their rapid success lately, they just aren't equipped or managed well to handle it. We visited on Saturday and waited 20 minutes in line to place our order. Once we ordered, the girl behind the counter informed us of a 30 minute wait. We accepted, no problem. But it was an HOUR AND A HALF before our food was ready. Why quote us 30 minutes if you can't fulfill it? There were no updates on a delay, we just sat there confused in a hot uncomfortable little store with many other hot, uncomfortable, confused people. Let's start with the smallest issues and work our way up. I decided to try the antipasto salad, but the homemade vinaigrette was lacking flavor and needed more vinegar. The Calabrian chili wings had a tasty sauce, but they were overcooked, making the chicken tough and difficult to eat. And then there's the disappointment of a poorly made Italian sandwich. I had high hopes of finally finding a delicious sub, but unfortunately, it was underwhelming. The small amount of meat was overshadowed by bland lettuce that seemed to be dressed with the same vinaigrette as the salad. To my surprise, the sandwich I received did not match the one shown on their Instagram page. This was unacceptable.
I ordered the Funghi half Roman pizza. I enjoyed the way the mushrooms were cooked and the crust was crispy with a slightly doughy texture. However, I deducted a star because the sauce was not as flavorful as I expected. When I tried a bite with just crust and sauce, I could barely taste the sauce as it lacked flavor. I would caution against ordering a pizza without toppings where the sauce needs to be more prominent. Overall, it was pretty good but not a place I would choose to impress someone. It's not bad if you're in the mood for pizza. Just decent. I would rate it 3.5 out of 5.

I ordered the lasagna and meatball pack from the online store for delivery to North Carolina and I am extremely satisfied with the customer service and the food. Everything arrived cold and well packaged with easy heating instructions. The meatball Parmesan was incredibly delicious, with moist meatballs and a tasty sauce - so good! I can't wait to try the lasagna next. Overall, I give the food a 5 out of 5 rating.
One of the best experiences ordering at a restaurant I’ve ever had. We ordered a large order for 17 different people with 17 different items. management was fantastic. Highly recommend them in all aspects. The manager also called on several different occasions to make sure that the order was processed correctly and delivered. If I could give more than five stars, I would thank you.
Pizza wise its by far the best round pizza besides my premier Regina’s north end.Crispy dough with no flop and homemade sauce. Enough cheese and would cook it a little more.The chicken parm was with a vodka sauce on an excellent bread. Could use more cheese.The mortadella head sandwich was ok.Pizza is the king here!
Would recommend for their Tuesday pizza special and only ordering whole pies. The thicker pizza doesn't seem to reheat quickly enough for ordering by the slice (two people sent their cold slices back while our sub was made). Chopped Caesar sub is good.Food: 4/5
