Been ordering from here for years and have never had an issue until tonight. Called and ordered pizza, Italian beef, and 2 orders of mozzarella sticks, for delivery. Called at 3:23 p.m. call lasted 4 minutes got told my food would be here within the hour like normal. Good arrives at 4:13 p.m. open up the pizza box and the pizza was cold, then opened up the rest of the order to find cold food as well. I called them to let them know the order was cold and the girl on the phone was rude and had an attitude about it told me they would remake the order but they wanted the food back so I had asked how long till we got our new order and her response was an hour I said well I'm not waiting another h...
I can safely say that this is a pretty good darn pizza place in a small town they have a really good Sicilian pizza along with the regular pizzas and some other other specials and they have some pretty good burgers as well it can be a little pricey but I believe that it's a small town so it's hard and at the same time the economy is rough give it a try won't be disappointed
I order a lot! Various items and have never been disappointed. When I do order, I always get my dogs a meatball. Marie is so nice, and even asks” are we starting this order with 2 meatballs?” This to me shows, care for their customers, and just that personal touch! I love it!
The pizza here is excellent, and the atmosphere is cheerful and inviting, with friendly staff who maintain a respectful and happy demeanor. We've only done carry-out so far, but everything has been great. I highly recommend it!

My family loves Genoa! The food is consistently delicious. We get it delivered. Always on time. Always hot and delicious. Always a friendly driver! A bit pricey, but so is McDonald’s!
It took a long time to receive a greasy pizza that ended up making my family feel unwell. If you care about your health, I would recommend avoiding this place.

By far the best pizza in a ten mile radius. The best all around. The veggie pizza with sausage is a ten.
