We love Italian food. Stopped in because it was the first place we saw and we were freezing but it was busy reservation only but we asked and they were able to seat us quickly. It’s not incredibly organized or high class very low key but you can tell people come here for a reason. Tons of big families so you know the place must be good. It’s tiny so don’t expect much but when the food comes to the table it’s huge and it’s so tasty. I didn’t try any of the pastas but I had the eggplant parmigiana and chicken parmigiana no spaghetti and it was fantastic. I had a wonderful lunch here with delicious dishes and attractive city view. The weather was also so beautiful so that we ordered many drinks to enjoy the outdoor atmosphere of the spring. I love the sangria and the sunset cocktail. The lobster ravioli was a bid different with the one on the website but still ok. I also love the Veal Roberto and the Seafood pasta. Everything was so perfect that day so I definitely recommend this place.
We stopped here for a late lunch after my in-laws arrived following an event they went to. We sat inside the dining room, which was clean and well kept. Our waitress was on the ball with our orders and helping us with suggestions. Once the food came out, the smell was wonderful and the servings were quite nice. Everyone said their dish was great and indeed we ended up with leftovers, which no one complained!
The place is pretty dated and the food was ok. Portion sizes were good though. There a ton of gnats flying around and we were constantly trying to swat them away from our food. At one point my husband to a small side plate and set some of his food on it to try and lore them to it vs ours. The overall experience wasn’t great. The black bits on the attached picture are all gnats.

I went here a few days ago. The Lobster Ravioli was very tastey. They offer bread while you wait for your meal. Our Server was very good. Handled our group's orders with ease. We were downstairs. Nice atmosphere. Slightly pricier than other similar establishments in the Boston area.
Amazing! We went for date night and it was perfect! Hannah D. was our waitress, her reccomdations and service were on point. It is old school , the charm made it. The dessert cocktail was perfect, along with the homemade salad dressing. Enjoy the history and food for a great night.
This is one of the best restaurants in North End. Delicious Italian food. Caesar salad was filled with fish, salt, and sour flavors. The lasagna was full of great tomato taste, and not too much cheese, unlike many American restaurants. Cosy vibes and good service.
Fabulous Italian food with great service. I love when you order something that sounds so simple but tastes so decadent. I ordered the Fusilli Ariana and ate every bite. The chicken parm was also fabulous.
