The service has gone downhill significantly! How hard can it be to answer a phone call, take an order, and have it ready for pickup in 30 minutes? I'm not sure what the management and staff are doing, but they seem unable to do any of the three essential tasks required to run a pizza place. Since they can't take or prepare an order correctly or on time, maybe it's for the best that they hang up on you when you call—they're actually doing us a favor. After being hung up on four times while trying to place an order, I ended up getting a delicious pizza from a competitor that I thoroughly enjoyed. The manager here was incredibly helpful with my order. Although they were very busy, which resulted in a long wait, the food was definitely worth it. My coworkers were also impressed by the quality and flavor of the Hawaiian chicken pizza and garlic bread.

I’m visiting San Ramon from Indiana for work, and my hotel suggested Mountain Mike's. I'm so grateful they did! This is truly the best pizza I've ever tasted! I really hope you'll think about opening a location in Lafayette, Indiana!

This is always our go-to place for any parties. They consistently deliver the right portion sizes, timely service, and delicious flavors. My kids and their friends absolutely love the pizzas here. Our favorite is the Mt Veggiemore!
